“Went in and had a battery and an alternator tested by Hunter. Both tested well after several tests. Reinstalled them only for the battery to fail again. Hunter swapped my battery out for me and made it super easy for us. Awesome dude! Truck is running great now!”

I moved to Mountain Home last June.
I am a 65 year old military veteran and have had to try different shops in each area I was stationed before finding a good one. The Shop was my first try here and will be the last.
THEY ARE THE BEST!”

“We were out of town when our vote battery died. We took the battery here to have them test it. The man who helped my husband was very helpful. He tried to charge our battery and tested it a couple of times. Unfortunately, it was dead. We bought a marine battery from them at a very reasonable price. I would recommend them if you need help”

“Home town Auto parts store. Great selection, great service, knowledgeable staff, just like the old days before the chains took over. They made me up a 30+ foot long power steering hose for our diesel pusher in under 10 minutes, that was rubbed through due to poor factory installation . New hose fit perfectly and works great! Support small business, buy local! They will support you!”

“I’m back at AutoZone again with another intimidating car issue—this time a valve cover gasket. Fortunately, I had their Jedi Master mechanic-store manager, Anthony Michel, who runs the store, helping me. He was kind and patient with my endless (and often banal) questions and became a guiding light in my DIY work on my Toyota Yaris.

Let’s face it: auto maintenance is intimidating to me, and I’m certain it is for most people. I have a stepfather who’s a mechanic, yet that motorhead gene somehow skipped me. Anthony, though, knows how to take the mystery out of it with years of what I call “car wisdom.” His line—“If you can change a spark plug and coil, you can do this”—is pure gold. I love that can-do attitude, especially when someone can instill that confidence in others.

I’m working on my car today as I write this note to the team at AutoZone in Mountain Home, AR. Thanks, guys, for all your kind support! You’ve helped me save thousands of dollars in car-maintenance fees. I highly recommend this store for all your auto-care needs, and especially the very knowledgeable staff.

One more note for AutoZone as a company: they have actual rewards you don’t even know about until you come back to buy more parts or oil. Many stores sell you on rewards programs that never seem to deliver. AutoZone’s rewards, based on points from previous purchases, show up as real dollars off your next purchase when you least expect them. That’s the cherry on top of the sundae.

My best,
Erika”

“I purchased a new 2024 Ford Ranger at the Ultimate Dealership. This vehicle was ordered with a 2.7L V6 engine. After a few months service and less than 5,000 miles, the engine developed an oil leak which was trace to the head gasket. The Ultimate Service department communicated effectively with me and Ford Corporate. A decision was made to replace the engine, which was installed at the Ultimate dealership. The new engine runs well, and I am very satisfied with the service, the level of communication, and the overall experience.”

“WOW, that was fast! The time from the start of service to them saying my car was ready was about 10 minutes. The price is unbeatable, especially considering the cost of oil now. I WILL be back. I'm actually a little shocked; I’m used to being overcharged by mechanics, but these guys don't play. They get it done, and they didn't try to upsell me, which is refreshing.”
