“We changed banks about 20 yrs ago after moving to NE Arkansas. Shortly later, that hometown bank was acquired by Centennial Bank. We have not been disappointed.We recently retired to a much smaller town in the Ozark Mountains where it is beautiful and thank goodness there was a Centennial bank here. Our banking needs were met seamlessly and the customer service is pristine. The Call Center in Cabot is amazing with questions about the mobile banking and employees are so polite and patient.During this Pandemic, customer service has been sacrificed for productivity. The Centennial staff have helped us correct mistakes, handle fraud issues quickly and answered all our questions about mobile banking with grace. We would recommend Centennial Bank to anyone and we commend them for their great customer service.”

It's hard to find because it's inside a factory, but the employees are so friendly! It was a pleasure doing business there. Bonus!!! They didn't charge me any fees due to being from Wisconsin. Professional, Convenient and the place in very clean!”
