I like the bank itself in Mountain Home, friendly staff but the app online is terrible, makes you reset your login info about 3-4 times a week.

They did an upgrade to their online banking and they did such a terrible job they won't even answer their phones. I was on hold for over an hour their automated system first told me wait time will be 9 min 51 sec. Next time it was 10 min 17 sec next time 10min 21 sec. Continued like that for over an hour. Finally gave up. Think I just might close my accounts and find another bank. Still cannot get into MY account.

We changed banks about 20 yrs ago after moving to NE Arkansas. Shortly later, that hometown bank was acquired by Centennial Bank. We have not been disappointed. We recently retired to a much smaller town in the Ozark Mountains where it is beautiful and thank goodness there was a Centennial bank here. Our banking needs were met seamlessly and the customer service is pristine. The Call Center in Cabot is amazing with questions about the mobile banking and employees are so polite and patient.During this Pandemic, customer service has been sacrificed for productivity. The Centennial staff have helped us correct mistakes, handle fraud issues quickly and answered all our questions about mobile banking with grace. We would recommend Centennial Bank to anyone and we commend them for their great customer service.

Wow this is a large bank. I mean dag burnit. Its huge. It looks like some kind of old historical building. The look of the building just screams Centennial. It's a two story building with what I'm guessing is corporate offices upstairs. There are two entrances. If you are looking at the building the main entrance is on your right. I didn't see the tradition bank suckers. Instead the had assorted candy. I managed to grab a lemon head and a smarties. All around nice banking experience.
