Had a quick work trip in Mountain Home, and I am so glad I found Amend so that I didn’t have to miss a beat with my fitness! Rob, the coaches and members were all very friendly and the workouts were awesome. Nice hidden gem here in the area!

Awesome workouts and trainers. I just got back into working out and they scale my workouts according. Love how all trainers encourage you no matter what level of fitness your at. Love it here!
