Since 2012 I have used this location for one ways to Ohio and several other locations due to my work. Also rented for local use. Never had an issue with this location always freindly and go above and beyond. Definitely recommend this Enterprise location in Mountain Home Arkansas!!!

I needed a rental car due to an accident, the insurance company set everything up for me through enterprise, I was able to choose the type of vehicle, I was given a red Dodge charger, the staff member I delt with over the phone and in person was energetic and friendly, it was the best experience I've had using a rental car company

Big mistake choosing enterprise in mountain home. Insurance Adjuster reserved a car for us. Went to get it and the attendant there said they were over booked and could not help us. He was obnoxious and really seemed to enjoy the power trip of ruining our day. Went to Lakeview car rental and was very please with Emily there. We drove out in 10 minutes. Body shop said you should avoid enterprise after the fact.

My car was needing some exterior repair that would take 5 days to fix. So I scheduled the repair around enterprise’s availability for a car rental so I would not be stranded without a car. I did so 2 weeks in advance. The time had come for me to pick up the rental car and I get a phone call saying they didn’t have any cars available at the time and had no idea when they would have any. I told them this leaves me stranded, and the representative had no empathy for my situation. 3 hours go by and I try calling back to see if there are any updates on a car. The automated voice system is a nightmare to navigate. I tried pressing 4 to reach a human representative but nothing would happen and it would keep repeating the options what to press over and over. I tried 3 different phones including a land line, and all 3 had the same problem. Finally after calling probably 10 times and pressing every number option, it finally worked and I got a hold of the same representative I had before. I asked if there was any updates on a car and the representative sounded irritated at me for asking! I told them I had been stranded now for 3 hours and they did not show an ounce of empathy toward my situation. I called their competitor “Lakeview auto rental” and instantly got a hold of a person, and they had a car available immediately! DO NOT USE ENTERPRISE!!!

Robbie was kind, professional, and efficient in getting me into a rental vehicle after my wreck. I’ve read the other reviews and I didn’t experience any of the things people have mentioned with Robbie. He was great and I would definitely rent there again!

WORST! Do not patronize this place - period. Read other reviews on here and you'll see that Robbie the "manager" - quote, unquote is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! He yelled at me and should be fired immediately. I did not have time to talk to a real manager otherwise I would have stuck around and filed a formal complaint...

Great customer service. After roadside service failed to come out and replace my tire, this location took care of me. In less than 10 minutes of arriving, he had me in another car and took care of the other car that was back at the hotel.One issue I had, the replacement car only had 3/4 tank of gas.

The representative at the Mountain Home, AR location, Robbie, is probably one of the worst representatives a company could employ. My insurance company has notified Enterprise numerous times that I would be needing a rental vehicle. My insurance company sent another reservation to Enterprise on Wednesday, February 22, that I would be needing a vehicle this morning, February 27. On Friday, February 24, I verified, in person, that I would be needing a vehicle, on Monday, February 27. Robbie indicated that a vehicle would be available, that was not the case. After dealing with this person, Enterprise needs to seriously consider whether they need to keep him as a representative with their company. I cannot, repeat, CANNOT, recommend the Mountain Home, AR Enterprise location. If I could give a negative rating, it would be a negative five.

WORST MANAGER ?First time we rented was in Enterprise Springfield and it was smooth. My boyfriend rented it with his German passport without stamp and only I-94 proof of entry to US.Today, second time, we made reservation in Enterprise Mountain Home location. However, Robbie was very rude, close minded and threatened my boyfriend that he will call the police if my boyfriend will not go only because his passport has no stamp from immigration. He does not accept the I-94 record as a proof of entry from immigration.The immigration is not stamping passports anymore, everything is digitalized and I-94 record is the proof.Please update your staff about the immigration modernization now.We are not illegal here, we came here to help your beloved country cause you need manpower support in health care. We pay our own taxes to help your people!!!

I've used rental car services a few times and this rental experience was the best by far.Robby Batesel, Branch Rental Manager, was top notch!! Give this man a raise!! Will definitely use these services again!

I am currently sitting at Enterprise in Mountain Home Arkansas. I was supposed to be picking up a rental car today as my vehicle is being repaired. Yesterday I called to make sure they would have a car for me and the "Manager" that answered was immediately rude...told me I don't call him about the car he will call me if and when he has a car for me...strange and rude but ok I said. It was almost the end of the day so I called him at 4:50 as they closed at 5. He answered and stated "yeah I've had to work all day trying to get a car for you and I told you not to call me I will call you. So fast forward to this morning and I arrive with my husband to pick up rental car. He was rude from the second we walked in. Telling us what an inconvenience it's been for him Etc. My husband gave him his license and credit card and he began questioning why we have different last names I told him we are married and that it was fine I could be the one to give my license and credit card..I also stated that I've never had so many issues renting a car from enterprise. He tells us "we're going to understand something before he rents us a car I run a 30 car fleet and I don't have to cater to you" he then threw my husbands drivers license and credit card at him and said leave because im not renting you s***** We ended up having to drive an hour to another town to rent a car. And was told at the other location that they get customers from the first location all the time. Also I spent hours on the phone trying to get through to someone at enterprise corporate office and never received a call back. Literally tried 5-6 times. Worst service ever!!

Was supposed to pick up a car at this location yesterday. I called the day before to verify that they would have the vehicle for me. The guy that answered “Robbie” the “Manager” immediately was rude telling me it was going to be an inconvenience for him to locate a car. Also told me “don’t call me to check on if I have it I’ll call you back. He never called so I called at the end of the day and again he was very rude and condescending..whatever I just needed a car so I let it go. I showed up the next morning with my husband. He begins questioning why my husband was the one getting the car and why don’t we have the same last names etc…basically looking for any reason not to rent us a vehicle after I had already dropped mine off at the body shop. (We’re married on same insurance and both have licenses ) so literally no reason not to rent to us. I tell him I’ve never had such issues getting a rental car…this upset him as he says “your gonna listen to me and understand something before I rent you a car” then after he ranted and yelled he threw my husbands license and credit card at him and said I don’t have to do anything for you LEAVE. I went outside and called enterprise corporate office…was passed around from person to person and ultimately told there’s nothing they can do except give the info to the regional manager. They did nothing to shell get me a car or resolve the issue. I spent the entire day calling them and speaking with different people. Crazy that something like this can happen and there’s nothing they can do to help. I will never ever use enterprise again if I can help it. I’m reading through and seeing all the same reviews so clearly they do not care or value their customers. I’m going to drive an hour to the next closest location and when I called them I was told they get business all the time from Mountain Home because this manager is rude and refuses to rent to people. Please fire him and hire me!! I can promise I would never talk to another human the way he did.
