Hot water was barely working then went out on a busy weekend with no urgency to fix. Place is in need of renovation as its musty and does not meet the Hilton/Hampton standards I pay extra for. This is the second Hampton I have ran into in the south that is in bad shape. We had a few more people from our team come in and they are not telling people coming in about the hot water issue. The hotel staff has been very friendly, so this is an owner/upper management issue. They should at least have a whiteboard when you walk in with the latest update on the water issue and allowing new check-ins to know about it.I am EXTREMELY disappointed that the Hilton chain would allow this type of issue.

Bed sags and is very old. Breakfast eggs were cold, and I gave up on the sausage completely and left. This was my only bad experience with Hampton Inns.

Stayed here for one night. The bathroom vent leaked all night long. The water ring kept growing, kept going up from but no one was at the desk. The shower had no hot water so had to take a cold shower. The bed was hard. So not coming back here again.

Rooms were horrible. It was being updated, and didn’t state it at check in or on website. No ventilation in the room.

Lovely mainstream hotel owned by Hilton. I originally expected the usual treatment I've recieved in the past in regards to Hilton hotels...but thankfully I was wrong and honestly I truly was swept away by such friendly and customer service PR focused helpful staff. From the night I checked in with my 10 year old daughter we were dead tired having driven to Home Mountain from Chicago il with many detours along the way we didn't get to the concierge until 3am. I was afraid that we'd have to sleep in the car due to the sits staying check in was at 3pm. But thankfully this was one of the few times I booked directly thru the hotel and the friendly clerk I forgot his name tall heavy set friendly guy looks like a dopple of the country singer Luke combs told me that we could have a room immediately gave both of us cards and said thanks for not using Expedia or it would have been a nightmare for him. So after unloading the rental car "luke" was already in the kitchen whipping up the amazing selection of food Nd great tasting I may add ...early because he could tell we could use a nice hot breakfast before crashing g for the next 14 hrs on tbe super comfortable beds not even realizing where the time went. I almost for got about our whole objective as to going there in the first place didn't wanna leave the hotel I was in heaven. Anyway 5 stars for me also first time staying at a Hampton Inn although I've stayed at many other Hilton owned hotels and tbh the majority have been overpriced with mediocre customer service and always issues pertaining to money. This hamoton had a washer and dryer co Vinnie tly on each flood . I'd recommend hampton as hotel of choice if staying in the home mountain kr Baxter County Arkansas area. I may just come back and not even let anyone know I'm otw or even co.ing and just chill in the bed and hang out in the 24 hour pool and bottle area drinking free hot choclate and coffee and free botledwater

I should have taken the warning from reviews but didn't read in advance. This is possibly the worst Hampton Inn owned by Hilton. No it is the worst. It's actually the worst hotel I've ever stayed and I travel all over the lower 48. It's dirty, the doors of the rooms are beat up like they've been busted up and bought from a salvage place and painted (not kidding), the ice machine room has a ceiling literally collapsed and dry wall dripping on top of it ON TOP THE AIR INTAKE OF THE ICE MACHINE as of Oct 13 2023. Last the room absolutely smelled like toxic cleaning chemicals and mold. It's so hard to breathe. The furniture is all scratched and beat up.. I plan to call corporate this place should not pass an inspection by a city health department.

For many years, Hampton Inn has been my go-to choice for hotels. This is the second time I've been disappointed in them.The staff was nice, the food was fine, everything was Hampton Inn...except the physical building. It was dated and should have been renovated a few years ago. Or maintained better.I don't need a fancy hotel. I just want one that is clean and functional. Not sad and rusty. Oh, and wi-fi without all the glitches would be nice. The staff fixed me right up. Twice. I didn't have the heart to go back a third time.

Was given a room that wasn't fully cleaned. The maintenance overall inside & out was disgusting. Grass was knee hi & cigarette butter everywhere. The bed was ok but pillows were awful. Staff was nice.

Spider in bed. Killed 10 other bugs in the room on a 1 night stay. Wi-Fi was not good. Black mold in shower. Room smelled like mold and old cigarettes. Do yourself a favor and skip this one. It is nowhere close to the normal Hilton quality.

Nice hotel. Not our usual chain. The breakfast was fine and the rooms were clean. The guest above us were very noisy, lots of running, but it didn't last long and the little ones were in bed and all quiet before too long.Walkability: Lots of resturants in walking distance, be sure to walk over to the best pizza ever at the brick oven.

The hot tub and the pool were amazing and so relaxing after driving for 8 hours today! I couldn't figure out the room key (it was user error/exhaustion) and the housekeepers went out of their way to show me and help us into our room. Also the front desk lady was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay exceeded our expectations. I will definitely stay here again when/if I'm ever in the area!
