They sold me a spoiled bottle of wine for about $25 after tax. I bought it off their discount shelf. It was rancid. It wasn't just bad wine, it had spoiled. They gave me 10% off my next purchase. They told me they would take the wine off the shelf, so they trusted me enough to do that. But not enough to financially compensate me? Lame.

Every time I'm in Mountain Home, I stop here. Great selection of wine and spirits. I found the Arkansas made Fox Trail Bourbon I was looking for at a great price. It was also nice to see a few allocated bottles placed around the store. First come, first serve.

Great place to get your spirits. If they don't have it, they can order it for you. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to order a flavored vodka I inquired about. Instead of saying no, they didn't have it, they went the extra mile and ordered it for me. They called me when it came in. Superior customer service! Thanks,

Jacks is always our "Go To" liquor store for all our needs. They have things many other liquor stores do not carry. Jacks customer service is excellent & efficient!
