Service was great the staff was friendly. The room I was in was not the cleanest. The bed was not comfortable as it was the old wire spring mattress. I killed 10 roaches. The room needs updated to more modern furniture and Bed. There is an outdoor pool but it was closed as there was no water in it. For the same price Super 8 just right behind this roach infested place is the same price and much much cleaner rooms with very friendly staff.

Between the German roaches and the smoke ladden room, i don't know if i would stay again. The sheets were nice and clean, and so was the room.Rooms are not very insulated, so all street noise is apparent.

The front desk guy was nice. Room was not the cleanest. Finger prints and smudges all over the mirror and a residue on the tables and floor. Pool must be broken because its empty and what water is left is full of algea and yuck. But the worst was when we were leaving in the morning we noticed maggots literally all over the sidewalks outside the rooms. We mentioned it to the girl at the front desk and she said "it's from the garbage cans in the breezeway" but there wasn't even garbage cans close to the maggots and we saw them coming out of a door on the motel. We only stayed there because not many places allow cats. It's in a decent location but I wouldn't recommend staying there.

I was in town and need a place to do my reset 34 hour. Owner answer call accommodated my hotshot truck and trailer along fence and gave me best Rate in town. Can't ask for more value and customer service. Usually stay at Marriotts but none around this town. Thanks to Owner I made right decision and will stay again if ever in town....

We came from out of town and stayed the night. First time staying at this Inn. They do charge a $50 deposit incase there’s any damages or anything. The front lobby is small, but the staff is nice. We rented a non smoking room which was clean. The bed was clean. The AC wouldn’t stay on at all, we were hot throughout the night. There was something on the shower curtain in the bathroom; not sure what. One of the bedside tables had a dead roach/bug in it and we seen and killed a couple cockroaches. One was on the on wall behind the microwave and the second one was crawling on the floor. There is also some white residue on top of the mini fridge. We did NOT use the microwave, but stored drinks in the mini fridge. Pretty much basic cable for the tv. Pool was drained and hasn’t been filled yet. They do NOT serve breakfast in the mornings, but there are plenty of local restaurants and stores that you can go to. So the location is good, because of all the local restaurants and stores.

I travel for work and I often book extended stays in motels for the duration I'm in an area. Mountain Home Inn is one of the better establishments that I have found recently. They take my needs as a remote worker into consideration making sure I get a room with stable and fast internet as well as locating me in a quiet room to minimize distractions. Beyond the basic amenities which have always been on par with expectations, the management and staff is always kind, courteous, and ready to assist with candor. They are proactively engaged in making their guests stay comfortable, restful, and safe. Whether you need a quick overnight as a traveler, couple days away, or even an extended stay I would recommend.

We made a reservation online and paid online with a confirmation number. Arrived to check in, and the hotel said the card would be charged an additional $50 deposit, which was not part of the "TOTAL PRICE" quoted online. This increased the price of the room to $112. We hadmisplaced the credit card in our vehicle and were searching for it under our seats, and they told us they were closing the front office in 10 minutes and if we hadn't found it then they would call the police to remove us. Even though their website says 24 hour front desk service, and were told they couldnt help us without the card prsent. So we left the hotel and never stayed. The next morning at 10 am we were notified the hotel attempted to charge our card for the stay. These people were rude and lied to us multiple times. I wouldn't even return to their property for any reason. If they were still Econolodge, I'd report them.

The room they put us in had roaches. Only 1/3 of the lamps worked. TV wouldn't turn on. And it hadn't been cleaned under the bed for at least 6 months (unless they just swept at the dirt under there) asked for a new room (which they granted) it was cleaner and recently bug sprayed (recent meaning at least a half hour before they let us in the room) could tell because we found a roach that was dying and looked covered in something. But the tv worked and so did the lamps. So theres that... Great if you wanna save a few bucks and sleep knowing something will or has crawled where you're sleeping. Made the entire Thanksgiving weekend super tense.

Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Putting a single woman on the backside of the hotel where you have to pass through a tunnel like area to an area where no one would see if you were accosted was disturbing. The bedding, I noticed when I went to make the bed, looked like it had blood splatter on it, with cigarette burns on the cover. Spent one night and moved to the Super 8 next door with bright lighting, open area, where I felt safe.Just kind of creepy

Lost my wallet, staff was not helpful at all. One of the housekeepers started talking trash because he didn't like the frustration in my tone, about got into a fight just trying to find it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Rented a room for a night out in Mt Home since I live 1 hour away in the woods. The room was VERY clean!! The bed was comfortable and the AC worked really good!! This is not a fancy place or anything close to a Hilton but it is a great budget hotel. There are people who appear to live here by the week so you may see some disabled/poor people but I felt safe. I would recommend this hotel as a budget clean place to stay. There is no coffee maker in the room but they offer coffee in thr office!! Also the swimming pool is empty just fyi in case your needing a place with a pool for kids. It wasn't an issue for me. The man who works at the front desk was VERY nice also. Next time I need a room in Mt. Home I will stay there again!!!
