Heartland has already saved me money and time compared to Walgreens, sometimes cutting my prescription costs nearly in half. They're always very very friendly and hard working people and I highly recommend them!”

“I would like Walgreens to know a pharmacy employee at the Mountain Home AR store named Stacey went above and beyond to help me on Oct 8,2024. My husband was dealing with a serious ear infection. The ENT called in a new RX for him to Walmart. Walmart was out of stock. I called Walgreens. After a long wait spoke to a person. They had the RX he needed. Asked if she could connect to get the script for this drug. Tried calling the ENT asking them to forward the script to Walgreens. I got no where!
I went in to Walgreens exhausted and Stacey got on it. Connected with ENT and Walmart. I was first told it will take hours. I live rural and could not wait hours. Stacey got on it and the medication was ready in about 1/2 hour.
In past I have not had good service with Walgreens. Her kind caring concern has made me re think about Walmart.you have a valuable employee. Thus is hard to find in today's world.
