I got to meet Sue herself and she was beyond pleasant! She was very helpful and even helped me save my old pair of jeans rather than try to continue to sell me more items. “The only I buy my clothes is at Maurices in Mountainhome, Arkansas. “I visit this store regularly since recently moving here and overall have had a good experience. The store is always clean, well-organized, and offers a nice selection of items. I would love to see more options available for plus sizes in the future.
That said, I did witness a couple of interactions between management and an employee that felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially in front of customers. On a positive note, the employee that I personally interacted with, was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service.

“They do have some pretty cool items and I really enjoyed looking through the vintage clothing. They have a huge selection of sunglasses, too. However, the store is just a bit overwhelmed with too much stuff. Everything was organized, but for me personally it was just a bit too much.”
