“We are happy with the post office here in Hot Springs Village. Much better than many places we have been. They are friendly and helpful and even answer the phone.”

“We had a package bouncing around and kept going out to Glenwood. You could read the address and it said Royal not Glenwood. Today the carrier said there was no such address in Glenwood. Which is obvious since the package said Royal. According to the Royal Post Office it was a bar code issue. In either case I called Royal and Steven was able to get someone who works in Glenwood to bring it to Royal and have it delivered. Otherwise it would head back to Memphis and Little Rock as it had been doing. If you’re having package issues you may want to find out if it’s a bar code problem. Another reason that Royal is one of the best Post Offices! Great service!
Well postal person showed us the address and since we lived in Glenwood a very long time my husband put the wrong zip code. Lol.
But their kindness to get it to us is what makes them the best!”
“It has been seven years and during that time I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with the staff at the Hammond/Albert Pike location. Thank you and my God bless you. Elizabeth Moody”

“My post man is very nice and helpful. I got the same treatment at the post office as well by a different man and I was just so happy to see people that are nice! I visited around 3 pm and no wait. Parking cramped but free on the side of building.”
