For 5 years I never had problems with Titian gas. Then America gas took over and it has been disappointing to struggle with trying to communicate with people who don’t have a very good understanding of English. I have had to explain over and over again what I need to do.

Rent charges keep going up every year.I notified them of a possible leak, customer service said this was considered an emergency and sent someone out same day.DID NOT inform me that the leak check would cost $280. But said "Oh well it's in our terms and conditions. "
