“Excellent service. Uncommonly honest people. The mechanic returned to tell me they didn't need to install the new type bolts to perform the front-end alignment on my Avalon. During the repair, he discovered they had already been installed. Earlier this year, they replaced the water pump on my Ram 3500. Mountain View Chevrolet prices are reasonable, too.”

My wife was recently in a car accident that left her car in a great state of disrepair. The only functioning automobile left was mine, which, unfortunately, was having trouble starting if you didn’t jump it. We purchased a battery from Walmart and, after they had previously told us it would be possible to do so, they could not install the new battery for me.
My car, for the record, is a ford escape. The mechanism to remove the battery is more complex than you would like, and frankly, requires either a skilled hobbyist, or a licensed professional. Thankfully, when I had nowhere else to turn, this shop offered me that.
They agreed to stay late to help me out, installed my battery for me and my wife, and ran a complementary code scan to ensure nothing else was wrong with the vehicle. They even went a step further, and tested the alternator just to ensure the only issue was the battery.
After my vehicle received its clean bill of health, the manager on duty, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, answered all of my questions very kindly and in a very detailed way.
I’m not a car guy, I don’t know a lot about the machines, and I will never pretend to be an expert on them. I have to state this again just to ensure the point has gotten across. They were there for me when I needed help. One could describe any manner of this process, but, their work quality, the time spent, etc. They were kind and did an excellent job, but beyond everything, and the most important thing, they were there for me when I needed help. That is more important than anything else I could say.”

“Rebuilt transmission in my 18 ram 2500hd. June of 2022. At Thanksgiving of 2023 solenoid shorted out. Had to take back. Out of warranty by a few months. They were wonderful to deal with, worked with me even though was out of warranty. Definitely has my business from now on.”
