Another employee, AV, is also great and helpful, and will try his best to get something if the store does not have it. The owner is described as the greatest and a buddy. While one older lady in the store was rude and not knowledgeable, the overall experience is positive, with a better attitude than some other places in town. The store is highly recommended, and customers appreciate having a nice shop like this available.
