Greatest. Walmart. EVER!!! Everyone here was wonderful. From the electronic section to home and garden. The employees at checkout were kind and friendly. This was just an overall great experience.

I brought my car into Walmart to get an oil change. When I brought my car in everything was in working order and in one piece. While I was sitting in the waiting area some Walmart employees came to get me to show me that my skid plate had been peeled back, I then proceeded to tell them that they needed to fix it. They told me they couldn't fix it there since they were not a shop and would have to go threw Walmart's claim department. After weeks of trying to contact someone in claims I was finally able to talk to three different employees all of which being the supervisor of the previous person and they all told me the same thing; that they aren't liable for the damages done to my car because they believe my skid plate was being held up by zip ties which I believe to be false. Basically they are trying to say my car was broken when I brought it in and they weren't the ones to break it. It's not ok for me to bring my vehicle to a business and trust them to do what I ask and then to have them turn around and break off pieces of my car and refuse to fix what they broke
