Buying my new truck at Harris Ford with Nick Statler and Kellie was a great experience. Nick was very thorough and knowledgeable while going over all of the truck’s features, he even pointed out a minor blemish he noticed and was already on top of getting fixed. He was friendly and did everything he needed to to take care of us and get us the best deal possible. Kellie was honest and fair when it came to price negotiation. I appreciate how they took care of us and thankful for a good experience.

I started looking at finding a new ford dealer after my salesman left the dealership I was dealing with and I heard great things about harris ford so I figured I would give them a try and start with the truck I have now cause it's been having issues since I've had it and after having it there six times i talked them into calling ford to get help and i even called ford cause i cant get them to call me back and ford told me they reached out for assistance and I should hear from them in a couple days and now it's going on 3 weeks and no call so it's not looking like I will be buying from them any time soon. I asked about the truck I was driving while mine was in the shop and they were 10,000 difference between it and mine and mine is newer then I started checking around and found the same truck with a better warranty cheaper in Tennessee.
