Seriously, as a regular and professional customer, this store treats their customers like a family-owned auto parts store. If I can’t get my parts from them, I usually wait until I can. Top notch.

I've never had an issue with anybody else but that manager guy they have in there. Hes very rude and kind of crass. Won't be doing any more business in there.

I went in there today looking for a transmission jack. I asked the guy working the counter if they had one, he says no. I asked if he could order one, he says no. All that is fine, I understand it and he can't control their capabilities. However, when I asked if he knew where I might be able find one, he replies "transmission shop" (quite rudely I may add). Well, no duh man. There was no reason for him to be that way, so I left, went to AutoZone, and they were incredibly nice and helpful. I've been a faithful customer of O'Reilly's for a long long time, but customer service like that is REALLY good for AutoZone. Good work my guy.

Had the worst experience... Tried returning a couple items today for a car I was working on for a neighbor in wheelchair. He had the receipt at his house and I had gotten the wrong parts (not a big deal). Since I used my membership I figured I'd be able to return the items. Assnt. Man. Helped me but threw one of the parts back at me saying he has no way of looking it up(o-ring for thermostat gasket). I asked how they found it in the first place to sell it to me. Then he decides to throw the packaged sensor at me and says he can't do that one either and I'll need a receipt... Not many times have I ever been that angry as I have been today. Assnt. Man. Had to drive all the way back get receipt from neighbor then back to return. What is the point of giving them my phone number and email if it doesn't mean anything except spam my mail boxes? Eff you guys.

Part ordered for specific vehicle. Incorrect part delivered and not verified. Customer resides 30 mi from store. Part reordered, proposed first delivery following day, was actually delivered the day following original proposed date. Customer was told correct part would be sold for original part cost. New part sold at higher shelf price. Did receive refund + core cost.

Had the right harley davidson breaks and they were at a great price and if I would of bought them at the dealership I would of had 2 wait 2 weeks for them to get there
