Bought a used washer from here. Got it delivered but it wouldn't spin. Anyway when I got it, they told me it was only a few days of warranty. After I got the washer and it wouldn't work. They gave me a full refund. I was shocked. Expected a hassle but no they were wonderful. Stood behind their word a rare find these days.

I priced for low quality. I have a sectional and I’m missing a part also the long chase part is it’s sunk in if the foot or the bottom piece, don’t go to it and my daughter have a room set and on the bottom of the bed it’s just like thin board. No not fully supported for $338 a month. That’s a car note! I guess it’ll work until I find me the right furniture.

Been trying to get someone to come look at my couch for about 2 month. Employees said they will let the GM know. Never heard anything back. I had to call the for the 3rd for the same reason. Cheap furniture as in not worth it. Thinking about letting furniture go back and taking my business elsewhere.Don't bother commenting saying you apologize actions speak louder then words.

I love my new washer & dryer set. The delivery people was nice and careful as they brought in the appliances, not to damage my walls or items in my home as well as bringing in my washer and dryer in very carefully. They hooked everything up and made sure both appliances were operating properly. The staff in the store was very kind and professional as I was looking for a new washer and dryer as I've dealt with Aaron's in the past. Mind you I did look around at other rent to own places but I kept being drawn back to Aaron's within myself. When I walked in Steve was professional and courteous, he helped me very well even responded to my emails & worked with me when I wanted to rescheduled my delivery date due to the ice storm warning we recently had which made me feel comfortable & welcome therefore, I know I made the right choice. Aaron's on university in Little Rock take notes on how a store should operate. Friendly customer service WILL take you a long way and if you try it believe me it'll work in your favor.

Oh boy well let me tell ya the skinny white girl that works there is not a very friendly or honest person to told me everything I wanted to hear untill I got there and nothing she told me actually happen I walked away from there with nothing will not buy from dishonest people why lie if you have to lie to make a sell you're most likely in the wrong business. And she was so rude and disrespectful....

Don't order the express delivery. They don't honor it. welp yall lost almost $4k today. (it's also $3k cheaper at Wal-Mart.)
65 inch plus xbox now available at this location.
Staff seemed uncaring for a $3k mark up. Yall need to be on point and honor YOUR commitment.

I have the best experience from Aaron’s at this location only. I came in and said what I was looking for any received it. No problems at all. All you have to do is pay your bill and they won’t bother you. I’ve had to make an extension or two for my payments and it was very easy. This is the only one I recommended going to. The one on university is horrible!

Tried to place a order online wasn’t comfortable sending my bank info and leasing agreement via email. Tried to say that to an associate who works there a female don’t know her name. She was rude saying I was being negative after she asked about my experience (which was negative) then had the audacity to say “it doesn’t sound like I wanted to do business with them”. I replied “well I was, but not now”. There is plenty of rent to own furnishings stores around I would recommend going elsewhere where they at least act like they have some sort of brain and customer service.

I am a customer that use the online payment, and I am a very busy person Camp Robinson is one of the worst locations I've ever dealt with in all my years I get a call maybe once or twice a day unable to answer due to my busy schedule I gets home and I find a note on my door say we have filed on this account which I've already made my payment the same morning after this lease never again will i deal with this company itsalways someone better if I could give a zero I would poor customer service skills
