My overall experience in all was very disappointing. My father in law simply wanted to pay full price for phone. His salesperson Kendarius told him he wasn’t an authorized user on the account therefore he couldn’t buy a phone. No problem I got him added on the account as authorized user. Kendarius started the upgrade process and I tell him again“Hey I just want to buy the phone out right”. He told me “We are not legally allow to do that”!! And that I can on purchase the phone in installments or go elsewhere. Stating only Best Buy or Apple can sale outright. Since when does a Corporate Store not sell phones?

Got my new phone no problem just a little wait but they were busy so that was no issue the guy that helped me I believe his name was Tucker he was amazing really nice and was good at his job I enjoyed my experience.

My experience at this store was unpleasant. Kendarius, the salesperson who assisted me, was curt and unhelpful. He was on his phone and had a bad attitude, making me uncomfortable. He didn't show me different phone options or explain the features, and after initiating the phone transfer process, he left and never returned, leaving me feeling frustrated. When I asked him about the first responder discount, he told me I didn't have any discount.

Savvy was very polite and knowledgeable. I was impressed that someone as young as she is could know exactly what to do to fix my problem. Great young lady.

I was in Little Rock over the weekend and I had an issue with my cell service. Amos was patient, knowledgeable and attentive all while also fielding questions from other staff and what appeared to be "frequent flyer" customers. This might be the first time I've ever left a good review even though my issue wasnt actually fixed, haha. Unfortunately the call center was closed due to it being a Sunday but Amos helped me rule out possible issues so that I had more information when I made it back my hometown's store. Much appreciated.

I dropped my phone in the river over the weekend. I went in to the retail store looking for a replacement. Savvy was my sales associate. She was able to answer all of my questions and make some great recommendations to me. I ended up upgrading my watch as well and it is awesome! If I have to go back to the retail location I will make sure I ask for Savvy again! She truly cares about her customers!

We have the most best experience in the AT&T store in Lakewood. The representative that assisted us we can’t stop about how great he was, and that we were at the right store at the right time. We were in very much need of new phones. When we entered the store we were greeted in such a professional manner. Thank You!!

Nothing against the company, just don't buy or make purchases Eliot and his manager Katie came to our house and had our old phones removed, offering to give us free phones and settle our account with another company. Once they had our signature, they only fulfilled part of it. of the contract and have behaved in the most rude and dishonest way possible. Don't be convinced by the kindness of this guy because once you sign with this guy, how kind and efficient he is is gone.

I stopped by in hopes to ask about getting wireless internet, since I already use ATT for my cell service. Everyone was too busy to even acknowledge my existence. After waiting five minutes, I left without speaking to anybody.
