It’s so hit or miss. Some days, amazing and no issues. Other days, well, it’s just not dependable. Being in the middle of researching or submitting something and things not loading is not good. Who has time to go through 5 options to call or an hour+ to try to chat with someone on an app that doesn’t load properly.

Didnt take care of problems they created. Was being charged for 2 phones for 6 months.. when charges were pointed out, they say they have a no refund policy..end of story for them...so its ok to steal money and not return it.

They were there when i needed them, it was cold and I was underdressed so need I say more? their prices are very good for sweetshirts
