This is the second time the team has had to come back to install the right brackets because I didn’t have them the first time and now it looks like my TV is going to fall off the wall. If it had been placed right the first time and in the center I don’t think it’d be like this. I was also offered a discount to install the right brackets instead of paying the $95 service minimum but since I included that in my review on Thumbtack, I got in trouble instead of the employee who offered to do it for me. I’ve now paid upwards of $300 for two visits and I’ll have to request a third, hopefully for no charge, to get this resolved so my TV doesn’t fall down. I’m very disappointed, feel used and ripped off.

They never showed up to the scheduled job. No phone call, no explanation, no nothing.

Update: I contacted FMCSA. They don't have a record of them. I was not provided with a US DOT number from them. It seems like they're operating without a license. They're also not BBB accredited. If provided with the aforementioned credentials, I will update my review to reflect this. Facts first: arrived 3.5 hrs late, took an unauthorized 35 min smoke break (that I was still charged for) after only working 1 hour because they didn’t want my mom to supervise them “because she doesn’t speak English” (she does), of course I complained to their boss. His response was unprofessional/unsatisfactory so I wrote an initial review reflecting this. I had to file a police report due the owner's? verbal harassment after posting my initial review to the Thumbtack website (I'm not sure he's the owner because it's hard to believe someone would be so psychotic and care so little about his business). I can’t include pictures of the exchange here but I’ve reviewed them on Yelp as well and will attempt to post later. For now if you're a woman, I'd stay far far away. I've never had a panic attack before, but this experience was so horrifying it caused one. It was especially creepy that they took note of all my belongings and assumed I was a drug addict from my migraine medication syringe waste container, my wine collection for some reason, and attacked me based on this. Saying they would request a drug test from my employer (which all people in my field get on a yearly basis anyway) It was very weird. Why all the drug references? At first I thought the movers themselves were okay, but it turned out they were feeding their boss information about me, career, exact location, presumed habits (see migraine meds above), and marital status. Absolutely creepy and deeply disturbed. Of course he did all of this with a different phone number so he could maintain the facade of professionalism. But I intend to prosecute to the fullest extent because no woman should feel so unsafe to the point of having to sleep somewhere else other than her home due to these terrible awful humans. COVID-19 issues: neither of the men sent wore masks despite the delta variant being at its high. I work with cancer patients at the moment, and though I wore an N95, I was concerned.

They tend to be a higher priced than the competition so I didn't go with them but they did have excellent customer service! I recommend them but just expect to pay a premium for the service. For context, I was having an over the range microwave installed and they basically charged the same cost of the microwave itself for installation. I found a company that did it for much less. Still, I recommend them because they are very good at keeping in touch.

This is a very professional, experienced and affordable moving company. They packed and moved furniture long distance for me, from North Little Rock to Atlanta. James was my contact, highly professional, and Mike handled the move. Mike did the packing and everything arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend them!

This is a highly professional team. I moved across state lines and the company did it with no problems. They were on time from the initial start through making it to my destination 5 1/2 hours away. Once they arrived they handled my property with care and placed everything where I needed making unpacking easier for me. 5 stars. I would definitely recommend to a friend moving in or out of state. By the way, price was very affordable. Thanks Best Rated Couriers!

Worst moving experience. Several pieces broken. They dirtied the brand new couch and scuffed the floor. Their time management was horrible and came unprepared without the proper equipment. They manhandled the furniture trying to squeeze through doors not knowing how to move furniture effectively. Afterwards the main office was rude and unhelpful and took no responsibility.

I left a message online for this company. He responded immediately. Within 30 minutes, he had some people at my house to move furniture. I was only charged $70. A company I had call prior, Two Men and a Truck quoted $330! They were fast, economical and very efficient. Had the job done in less than 30 minutes! Love them!

We arranged a move from Memphis to a small town in Far East Tennessee. Four days prior to the move, I messaged the company through Thumbtack in order to confirm that they had a large enough truck. They said they didn't need to view our apartment before the move. I wanted to make sure everyone was prepared, so I sent pictures of our entire apartment (excluding two bicycles that were in an apartment bike storage area). Once the movers said they had 1 hour left of packing, I left ahead of them so I could get my animals settled. My fiancée stayed behind with them to supervise. Five hours later, the truck was still not loaded, and I was told everything would not fit. I called Mike and requested that he rent a trailer or another truck for the remaining items, but my request was ignored. Instead, he told his movers to move things around in the truck so certain large pieces could fit, but would result in different, smaller items still being left behind. At this point, the movers were getting highly frustrated and it was made clear to me that items were being left behind no matter the circumstances. At that point, we said the movers could depart with the completely full truck, with plans that we would work out arrangements for the other items. Halfway through the drive, we were told that the movers were 1 hour away from the destination, which was impossible as my fiancée left at the same time as them, and still had 3-4 more hours to drive. That is the when we discovered that they were given a completely incorrect address, and were actually headed to a town 300 miles away from the correct destination. The movers finally arrived at 3:30am and finished unloading the truck by 5am.

I hired this company because they had such great reviews and were very quick with communication in order to quote and schedule our move. However, it was all down hill from there, eventually turning into a complete nightmare. At 8am, Mike called me to request a payment that was $300 high than our quoted price (which we were guaranteed would never increase.) I spoke to Mike for quite a while in order to arrange further transport for the items that were unable to fit in the truck. He arranged for our items to be moved into a storage unit until they could load them on another truck they had driving in the direction of our destination. At that point, I paid them the full price, including the extra $300. I returned to Memphis 5 days after the move. At that point, I took pictures of everything that had been left in my apartment and sent them to Mike. Mike then notified me that there were too many items, and they could not fit them on the planned truck. They gave us no options at that point, and we were required to book another truck that would carry our stuff directly to our destination. They informed me that I would have to pay them the same price again for the second load. I scheduled the second move and called multiple times asking for Kevin (the owner). None of my calls were returned. On the day of the second move, the movers called when they were one hour away from my East Tennessee home requesting I pay in advance. At that point, I said I would not pay until Kevin returned my phone calls. Of course, the return call occurred very promptly now that they had money on the line. Kevin and I could not come to an agreement that suited both of us in that moment. At that point, they proceeded to hold my items hostage until I paid them for the second time. Kevin agreed to set up a meeting with the movers who had been present and conference call me in, planned for two days in the future. I begrudgingly agreed to pay in order to have them release my items. The day of our meeting came, and not surprisingly, neither Kevin, nor any of his employees, called me for our meeting. Since then, they have ignored all my calls and voice mails. They spent their entire time trying to blame me for the fact that they did not rent a large enough truck. They accused my fiancée of not allowing them to fill the truck to the brim, which was a lie. At the end of the da
