I have had nothing but a horrible experience with boost Mobile from day one I have been lied to talked over hung up on talk to you like I was stupid there was one point time where my SIM card wasn't working right after I paid the bill and they made me wait on hold for 3 hours to get verified once I got verified they sent me back to the tech department who then sent me back to verification I was on a hold again for another 3 hours who then sent me back to tech and this went on for 2 days and the situation never got resolved pretty much laughed my face they give me the runaround basically took $50 for me cuz I can't access that account even though they made me choose a four digit code and have my email and I verified every time I do not recommend boost Mobile to nobody they absolutely do not care about their customers every time I had a problem nothing got resolved every time I spent money to add data data never got added they made it so complicated and so frustrating that I literally broke down in tears because I couldn't get nothing done I was getting disrespected left and right by then this is one company that should be shut down please if you're looking for a new phone service company or whatever boost Mobile is not the one cuz they do not care about their customers and I'm just being honest

They used to be my favorite boost mobile location last few weeks it has become pretty mid with a low variety and only slim pickings outside of the iPhone.

I was provided with inaccurate information when I asked about porting my phone number to a new provider. I asked the representative to call customer service to double check. The representative was provided with the correct information by customer service. I was provided a piece a paper with my account number and pin. When I took it to my new provider I was advised it was wrong.

I came to switch over my family plan a total of 5 lines and the store rep Maddy was very unprofessional and lazy. She had me doing her job calling my previous carrier to port my numbers. She seemed very interested when she thought I was buying 5 new phones but she became very rude when I said I was transferring services. I ended up keeping my current carrier. I’ll pay more for my service just so I don’t have to deal with rude store reps!
