So we have gone to this store two different occasions. First we were just seeing what all they had and if they carried my size most stores dont. The second time we went, we got zero help, when we asked chole for help, she acted like we were wasting her time and snatched boot out of my mother in laws hands. At check out chole still had the rude attitude. And when we asked if they could find out if another store had boot in size we were looking for they said theres no way to find out....didn't even try to call another store to find out. 12/27/2025

Just left this store with my wife and son. Looking to buy 2 pairs of boots. Walked around for awhile, saw 6 unoccupied employees watching us from afar. Gestured to them that we needed assistance. Not one made any effort to help us. We will stay with Cavendars from now on.

Taylor was super patient and helpful in finding boots that fit just right. I ended up needing help after leaving town and Tim was able to provide speedy support! Everyone here was super kind and supportive 10/10

The sales associates were really nice and helpful. The store manager, not so much. He seemed irritated for no reason. I drove all the way from Cavender's because I wanted a better selection. There are a couple of western themed events this week. Sadly, I won't be buying more items from this store. But Chassidy was delightful.

The salesman looked amazing!
Right out of a Boot Barn magazine I swear! Plus His (BB )style was straight out of a catalogue.
I am sure of thks one thing, you must embody what you believe and clothes offer possibility.
It was not in my plans to stop here, yet because I have an event in Nashville Tennesse I plan on attending I felt it was a good idea to drop in.
The Cowboy drip is amazing!
Keep in mind there are levels to this, I needed to stay budget friendly with my spending.
I provided some images of the store so you could see for yourself how much diversity in mens, women and childrens clothing there is to see.
I found out that the customer service was amazing from the help I recieved.
Nathan, the salesman, was quick to point out the variety of mens clothing options they have to offered.
Mens Buffalo Skin Boots, and the Ostrich Skin Boots for men are my favs. Yes ladies, they have amazing gear here for you.and the kids.
I must say this. For an event or everyday country, Boot Barn should be your no.1 choice for clothing

This place is pretty nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. There's a huge selection of various boots, hats and some apparel clothing.

Went in there to buy boots for my husband for work . Not one worker spoke to us and there was only one person in the store besides us . So disappointed

Boot Barn has a very wide selection of boots. Their prices are generally a little high but not excessively so.
