Worst service ever! Been here a hour and half no one at the desk line of people in line , and the front counter staff keep going to the back for at least 20 minutes at a time.

Currently waiting in line. 15 people in front of me. One employee. Line has not moved in over 10 min. Probably should schedule more employees when you know you have a lot of reservations....but I'm no rental car expert.

This is the worst rental car business I have ever tried to book with. I reserved a 7 seat suv over a week before pickup and they waited until 2 hours before pickup to tell me that they don't have one available. Perhaps one of their friends needed the vehicle. They offered me a 5 seater but I have that already?? Never use these people they will destroy your whole trip.

We had a reservation for 12:30 am at the Little Rock Airport, got to the counter and they were closed. Got no help from anyone the next day either.

front desk employee who helped me was very rude and sketchy. he kept asking me a lot of questions and when I didn't want to answer or was vague, he kept pushing, and he kept questioning and assuming my ethnicity, he was very unprofessional. he said he would check the car with me and didn't.

I'm a Fastbreak customer and the Avis/Budget operation at the airport in Little Rock is an absolute s*** show. The line literally extends outside of the building. Of course, the Fastbreak booth in the parking lot is closed. A lady was helping Avis Preferred members, but laughed at me when I inquired about Budget Fastbreak. The absolute worst car rental experience I've had this year and I have used Budget 15+ times.

I can understand all the negative reviews! I prepaid to have Sirius XM as we planned to do a lot of driving, the car did NOT have Sirius XM loaded when we picked it up. Despite numerous calls (just the way you want to spend your vacation, right?) we were never able to resolve this, just got various excuses and pass-the-buck type behavior. But no offer to refund the charges. Same issue with the prepaid charges for adding an additional driver, the website let me do this but the lady at the counter said "not until she is 25." Well, why don't you specify that on your website? Plus even though we added air to all 4 tires to the correct level, the indicator light kep showing low tire pressure as a problem. Will avoid Budget in the future (and Avis as well, the last time we rented from them we got in at 11 pm to find an approximately two-hour line way out the door, only one super-slow clerk. Actually we had to abandon the car rental and Uber to the hotel instead and get a different car the next morning.)

Cool people. Or they seemed cool before they made me overpay for my rental. They didn’t accept my discount code. It was another code on there but they said they couldn’t determine how much it was taking off “so it was better to keep it”. Told me one price before they ran my credit card then it declined cause the were withholding more. I realized they lied cause once my receipt was printed it said it was only 10% off. My code would've gotten me 35% off. I don’t like people being mischievous under my nose. On top of that the rental I got had HORRIBLE acceleration. We had a terrible time switching lanes trying not to get hit in traffic. Really ruined my experience with rentals. Won’t be renting from this location ever again.

I rented an economy car for 2 weeks. Price was too high, thanks Covid-19. The car was dirty when I picked it up. Very unimpressed with the cleanliness.

Good luck finding this place. Absolutely no signs at all. It’s inside the mall. Rude employees to add to the experience. Go someplace else even if it’s out of your way. This is not with the hassle.

No stars ! Rented a car at the airport for 4 days. Made it to my destination only to wake up with a flat tire next day. Called road side service and they came changed the tire only to put a doughnut on it. A few days later received a bill at my home address, stating we owed 220.00 for the service. The tire had a stone In it we noticed after it was changed. Be sure to read the fine print because they don't cover flat tires. I will never rent from them again .
