I spoke with Ms. Leanna about needing to rent a facility in the near future. She was so kind and courteous to me. I explained that I was new to the area and trying to stay close to my work location. Terrible! Do not waste your heartache or money on this business. This company made my life so hard after losing my grandparents and living in California I've had to make three trips to empty their house and this storage unit company was accepting my monthly payment while then sending me threatening collection letters and went as far as cutting off our lock without telling us! This went on for months and put much stress on our family without communicating. If I had the energy/money I would file a civil lawsuit because they really should not be in business. Hopefully they will not destroy more lives and get better management. I am here now finally emptying the unit but it took over a week to get in contact with anyone regarding an answer on what was actually going on and why our checks were being cashed while simultaneously being bullied from 2000 miles away.
