I cancelled services due to moving out of state, was told by two Xfinity representatives that I COULD return modem to this store. They even gave me address to return it here. I get to the store and they tell me that I had to go to a UPS??.. I look online and clearly gives me an option to return at the store. This is confusing/frustrating. Really disappointed that I made this trip for nothing. This store is not helpful at all.

Horrible service
I’ve had this for years and had several times that for no reason the internet goes down and stays down for hours.
Don’t try and get ahold of anyone either their whole system is all automated and frustrating as hell.
StarLink is where I went to and haven’t had a problem yet! Such a life saver especially when my team is playing !!!

FRUSTRATING
I was informed by an Xfinity agent via phone that I can return my equipment to an Xfinity store or at a UPS store. This Xfinity store on McCain is convenient since I frequent the area. HOWEVER returning my devices to this Xfinity location did not go as planned and I was turned away at the door. Being told by the gentleman who so politely got up from sitting on the bench to greet me. Since I have cancelled my services already they can not take my devices in store and I will have to get UPS to send them back. Speaking with another agent he informed me that this is not the first time a complaint has been made for refusing a return at this location.

It should be called Incompetence R US. Cancelled service was told to return equipment to the store. I went twice and they refused equipment. Terribly unhelpful and moronic customer service. Called comcast and after 5 reps she said to login to the account. I did on the returns page it says recommended method is to return to the store. WTH. Then they tried to get me to go to a UPS store. Pathetic... Comcast is just sad, terrible, incompetent, confusing, and simply not good .Why can't I rate comcast 0 stars out of 5.

It’s been a confusing ride since day one. Nobody can give me an answer. I’ve spent over more then 10 hours accumulated time on the phone with customer service.
The store can’t provide you a replacement
E-sim Or SIM cards.
When trying to get your same number on a new device they try to sell you a new number instead of replacing your current number with a new sim/e-sim.
They are the worst to work with. They store employees can do so much, that they can’t do nothing but sell you stuff.

Zack Blaylock you are the Best!!!!
Since May 6 I have been dealing with Tech, Service Center people & dispatch !
3 scheduled service calls only one happen the Xfinity Tech came out and set up a service call for new line to be ran on Saturday waited all day no show called oh ma’am I’m sorry these are contracted out companies they don’t work on Saturday!!!
Scheduled a week visit took off work sat here all that 4 hrs gave them another hour called Scheduling people again oh ma’am I’m sorry they will have to get with property people to have line ran… what the hell! Feed up! Took it up on my self to go to Xfinity store because there was no way 3 outlets weren’t working!
Told Zack my situation and he was so nice and understanding and said yeah sounds like your modem! He got me up and running after experiencing this! no one knows what the other is doing at the 1800 number! Thank you Zack Blaylock at the McCain store!!!! I now have my service after a month!
Xfinity needs to recognize this employee for his knowledge and kindness to customers because that was customer service to the highest and not because I’m up and running because now a days you don’t have customer service like that!!!

Above ground cables and poor interconnections. Every storm drops internet again. Speeds vary wildly at 75% or less than advertised in most conditions while charging 50% more.
