I can tell the gentle man that was providing me with service was ready to go because he kept saying he didn’t want to help me could his co worker take over he also kept asking me if I could come back another day and then I waited 15 minutes for them to open the safe for about 1 hour and 45 mins then when they finally open it they didn’t have the phone that I wanted which before I came I called twice just to make sure that they had the phone so yeah that was a wasted of time and they was careless about my time.

Well I started going through cricket Wireless since last year. In February of this year I paid for the month and the next paycheck I told the sales representative at the cricket store in north Little Rock, Arkansas on east broadway. The next paycheck I went to the cricket store to pay for the next month and upgrade everything unlimited talk, text, data, insurance and a new phone. She messed up my phone service two weeks later my phone got shut off. On top of that I still pay my bill and I still can’t get all my phone services, insurance and a new phone. If cricket Wireless website is up to date the I should be able to get the same phone for free.

I like the service and all i just hate when you call to ask a qustion dude laughs your supose to take the job seriously not laugh because you ask a simple qustion very rude i work two jobs subway and mcdonalds not once did i answer the phone and laugh at them for asking a qustion you supose to answer honestly thats really rude need employees that knows what there doing and not laughing at you
