Pharmacy stopped receiving new prescriptions because they had too many pending.
Edited Jan. 8th. The pharmacist is the most unhelpful, unsympathetic person I have ever met. CVS should be ashamed she works here. I received a call saying g my prescription should be filled by 1pm today. I arrive at 3:30pm, and she tells me they simply will not fill it. No explanation. She refused to move the script over to another pharmacy that could fulfill it, and my psychologist cant move the script to another pharmacy because its a time sensitive controlled substance. Very disappointed in her and CVS, and I will never use them again.

Just came to this location and it was my first time ever stepping foot in a CVS store. I am sad to say I’ll never be back. I walked in and employees were staring holes through me with no greeting until I greeted them, I asked a question and the response was that of an individual who doesn’t want to be at work. No employees were friendly, everyone looked sleepy and grumpy. It’s a no go for me, I’ll stick to Walgreens. Sorry this location ruined it for me.

Pharmacy is awful!!! Arrived an hour before closing and was told they could not fill our prescription until sometime the next day! I asked where else I could have it filled tonight and the Pharmacist just ignored me as if I wasn’t asking her anything. Then she proceeded to degrade and belittle her colleges and talk bad about customers. She finally said she would fill it but to be prepared to wait a really really long time. It was a simple script for Amoxicillin, nothing over the top or excessive. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. After waiting an hour I finally received the prescription at time of closing. Pharmacist’s name was Altermese.

This pharmacy has really been helpful in getting my prescriptions filled. I needed meds for an issue and they worked to get them for me, even though they were really shorthanded. I use them a lot. Thanks CVS!!!

After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru, I was told to come inside because they couldn’t verify that I had a prescription on file. Once inside, after going back and forth with the pharmacist, I was told I needed to contact my provider to have the prescription verified— which I did. While waiting, the guy that works at the front register (Caucasian, red hair, glasses, mid to late 20s), slammed the shades in my face and actually threatened to call the police on me for waiting.
He told me my prescription would be filled but I’d have to pick it up tomorrow, even though I arrived before closing and was leaving town the next day. On top of that, my Rx had been removed from my profile with no explanation. They eventually gave me the medication, but when I said “thank you,” he just stared at me and said nothing.
This entire experience was unprofessional, rude, and completely unacceptable — especially when dealing with someone’s health.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this CVS Pharmacy. Online it shows that all CVS locations provide passport photos, but when I went in, the staff told me they don’t have a camera. I have been to multiple CVS stores and received the same excuse each time. At this location, one staff member was sitting outside in her car, and another employee had to call her in. She then repeated the same reason—that they don’t have a camera—even though there is a clearly marked section for passport photos inside the store. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. If CVS advertises this service, their employees should be trained and available to provide it. Overall, the service and experience were extremely poor.

I absolutely love this store and the wonderful employees. I came in at firIst only to load cash app . Until I noticed the products offered at sale price.Now, I come to North Little Rock store at least once a week. This is just a small list of my needs taken care of in one stop. This is very important because I have Social Anxiety. I am and have always been made welcome. And, the coupons are spot on.🦴🦷👁️💋💪👼💐🌞🌧️🍔🥞🍬🍿☕🦽🩼⚓🚘🏫😁😭🍯👍🏠🤡👻🎊🧑🎄🧟🧚🤹👶👼You can see...alot is offered. I was hesitant because...there are drug stores everywhere. But, they don't offer all my needs, treat me with dignity and respect. Greet me and offer to help me find my needs. This store is top notch. And, Clean also.

Their is no way to speak to anyone, you must now leave a message at the pharmacy and wait for them to call you back. They had my prescription on file for 10 days but never ordered the medication. Was told yesterday that it would be in today but of course zero communication and no way to get a quick answer. I won't be back and will never use CVS again.
