First they turn the phones off then .when you get there and go in theres a written note to say drive thru only. It has over 8 cars sothey moving SLOW, they really need to close this store, its always something. I will be sending my meds to a smaller pharmacy.

Posting store hours like you abide by them. Says open on website, go by and closed (after getting message that script is done and available). Now get this, folks are inside working but we can't get meds before the Holiday. Not a one time thing, constantly closed and not available.. No notes to inform why closed, if they will open again, etc. Looking at provider to find an alternate.

Had a pharmacy in Texas try to get through, to transfer a script. They said they got to listen for 1.5 hours to their answer service without a response….seems typical in Arkansas. Other CVS stores in other states have been great.

My associate is always on point and doing his job in an excellent way!!! We have developed a pattern of having friendly conversations because he answers my questions and points me in the right direction, always!I had been missing him, but the reason was because his shift changed!!! He informed me that he is working a different shift now. I celebrate him. He is awesome, always helping and assisting me on every visit!!!!

This location is infuriating. Dr sends a prescription over. Wait weeks to be contacted that it's ready...nothing. Call them, automated system says no prescription available for my d.o.b. Battle automation until you get a live person who says, "Oh yeah we have it here it's just not ready. Want me to actually do my job now and prepare it for you like I should've weeks ago??" Good God, yes please. Why do you have to call and actually speak to a pharmacist to get them to finally prepare your prescription?! Waste of everyone's time. AVOID this location. The Keihl / hwy 107 location has it together but not McCain. Beyond frustrating.

The worst CVS pharmacy ever! Very unreliable. Never answers the phone or fills prescriptions on time. So disappointed in this location. Go to another CVS pharmacy this one is terrible. The pharmacy employees are the worst.Nothing but a headache dealing with this pharmacy. The cant even adequately staff this location it should be closed down ?♀️

Dr gave me script to relieve some of my pain before I have surgery in a few days. Took the script in at 2pm was told to come back at 4pm..we did and pharmacy was CLOSED!!! Had to wait until the next day….might just need to find a dependable pharmacy!!!!!!!!!

If it wasn’t an emergency, and this pharmacy wasn’t my only option to get my wife the medication she needed that same day, then I’m sure I never would have come here in the first place. Especially after seeing the abysmal reviews after the fact.I drove from Conway because this pharmacy was the only one open that had the specific medication in stock. However, when I arrived, I was told that they did not fill the prescription due to a lack of information. I knew for a fact that wasn’t true and even confirmed the exact detailed information they received which they ignored.I found out that the technician who received the transfer was just about to get off work and didn’t want to take the transfer over the phone even though that was the only option because of the urgency.They would not remedy the situation despite everything being validated and above board from the doctor and the other pharmacy.It’s heartbreaking to see people in the medical industry allow their personal feelings to interfere with their jobs.

I had a flu shot appointment. Got text to confirm. Showed up for appointment they where closed for the day. They should sent out text letting me know they were going to be closed.
