I have never been to a DG that closes and open when it wants too! I went around 10:30 am and they were closed! May I ask the reason?

This is my father worst Dollar general I ever been to. The line is always long and one register open. I went in to get medicine a few minutes ago and the line was all the way to the door.

They would not allow me to bring my service dog into the store with me. He is not an ESA, but an actual service dog in training and it is against the ADA for any business to deny a service dog entry. The employee who I spoke to about it was very rude to me and I just simply left and reported it to corporate.
