Staff was friendly, but the shelves were bare in some areas of the store, but overall great experience. It was easy to find things that were stocked, and in the areas that was stocked, it wasn’t wrecked or things out of place. I would come back here again in the future.

When is ok for an employee to have on head phone while checking out customers. I am not sure if they are even acknowledging me or the other customers they are so in-tuned with what’s been said or playing. It use to be the small earbuds now they are so bold they have moved on to the big over the ear beats , what’s next. When will the companies step up and say enough is enough. I mean where has the respect and dignity gone, the professionalism, corporate if you let this go what will be next, customers do not deserve this. Stop the nonsense and do your job without all this distractions and respect All customers ALL the time not when you feel like on certain days.

I will never go to this store again. I was in the check out line and the cashier said that she wasn’t getting my items out of the holding basket until I took them all out and put them behind the belt. Then, she continued to roll her eyes and look at me as if I’m crazy. I couldn’t get her name but she needs to have some customer service skills because that wasn’t it at all.

This place used to be great when Crystal was working here. After she left it went downhill. I walked in the other day around 1:30 to get a gift bag for my daughter's birthday, and one of the ladies behind the cash register yelled out "No, we are closed!" Very rudely. I understand being short staffed and not being able to run/close an entire store by yourself, but to talk to customers like that is unprofessional and disgusting. Maybe hang a sign up that says, "Understaffed closing early." ?? Or maybe talk to your local customers with a little more respect. I don't understand what's happened to customer service. This isn't the first time one of the workers has yelled at or had an attitude with one of the customers. One day they'll catch an attitude with the right one.

They don't have a huge staff, so sometimes you'll have to wait in long. BUT, every employee I've encountered has been so nice, helpful, and professional. One year the night before my youngest daughter's birthday we didn't have much. So we came in just to grab a couple balloons and a couple smalls toys to unwrap until her party when we could afford more. The lady said no way, it's her second birthday so go grab a cart. She used HER own money. We told her over and over it was ok, she was turning 2 and we could get more before her party. She said if we didn't help she would do it on her own. I cried. Again, amazing staff!!

Friendly staff. Stock turns over fast so often isles have boxes but that's easy to put up with for the good prices!

Was my first time stopping at this dollar tree in a few years since I moved to North Arkansas and it is now my favorite. Will definitely be going out of my way and going back. Thanks Dollar tree ???

This store is always closed. Every time I make a trip there is a sign on the door with some lame excuse. Today it was HVAAC. Other times it was employees, etc. no reason for this.
