I hate going to a store that doesn't speak English and always on the phone talking in a different language. I feel the customer should be their full attention

A bit rude over the phone. Simply called to ask if they had any Leinenkugels Sunset Wheat since the Leinenkugels website showed East Belt Liquor as a seller. Whoever answered was not familiar with the beer, and when I explained what it was and why I called, they simply hung up.
