The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! Collin and Alexis are honest and straightforward. I appreciate that so much. The price was great and I have no doubt I paid exactly what was agreed upon. None of those ridiculous fees on top of fees the typical dealers tack on. I got the perfect car for me, an American made 2022 Tesla Model 3. It is charging up mostly from my American made Mission Solar panels with American made Enphase micro inverters. If I charge at night, I buy American made electricity from TVA courtesy of God's great Tennessee River at a price that equates to 99 cent gasoline. I am just thrilled with my purchase! Thanks Collin and Alexis!

When I first showed up I met Alexis. She was kind and very knowledgeable regarding the car. She answered every question without hesitation and with confidence. She knows the product she is selling.I ended up purchasing the car and drove it home.Upon getting it home, I quickly realized I did not have the correct charger.The owner made a 2 hour round trip, delivering the correct adapter at 10:00 pm.Very thankful he did that.The only disappointment I have, is a open recall on the car and a bad tire sensor. Per the app I have to drive to Tennessee to get this handled. I wish this would of been handled prior to purchase. I did not discover this until 11:00 pm after the purchase.I am giving them 5 star due to the fact I should of asked a few more questions and his willingness to deliver the correct adapter.Other than that, I am happy with the purchase.They are a cool cars and way ahead of the other cars.I would buy from them again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Colin and Evolve Auto. When they say they can find anything, they mean it! I just picked up a pre-owned Polestar 2 from them yesterday, and it’s immaculate and exactly what I wanted. They went out of their way to find me exactly what I was looking for, and answered my (several) questions with enthusiasm. I couldn’t beat the price or the service, they are truly one of a kind! If you’re looking for an EV, you can NOT go wrong with this place, period.

I highly recommend Evolve Auto and Collin Riggin.The Factory and CPO warranties on my 2013 Model S, one of the first 12,000 built, had both expired. Thinking that it would just be a matter of time before the original door handles failed, I was looking for a used EV warranty. Evolve Auto offers a discount for their used EV warranty to members of the Tesla Owners Club of Arkansas. I approached Collin and bought a warranty.So glad I did. The door handles are still the originals. But in July 2022 the car put up the dreaded "Drivetrain needs service - OK to drive" message. The drive unit (Inverter & Motor) as well as both half shafts were replaced. Then, in December 2022, the master charger failed and took out the 12V battery.All the repair work was undertaken at Tesla Service Centers. The warranty covered all the parts and labor.I'm so glad I decided to get the warranty. BTW, Collin needs your VIN to get the warranty priced.Also, if you've got any kerb rash on your wheels, drop them in to Collin and he'll get them repaired and painted. The wheels he's had repaired for me look like new!
