Don't know if I dialed a different number. But this "digital " system sucks. I liked calling my local office and speaking to a person. I paid and usually had my gas in about 2-3 days. Now it was over 2 weeks. Used to get a receipt with amount pumped let under lid. Now nothing. We own our tank and used Farrell gas because of customer service. Now not so sure.

Previous delivery was fast, efficient and arrived earlier than expected. The technician did all he can to protect my yard and did an outstanding job.

Score should be a zero. Placed an order 2 1/2 weeks ago and said it would be delivered by yesterday. Completely out of gas and no heat, cooktop or fireplace for the entire time. There is no way to talk to anyone.

Horrible service. We have made an ordered about two weeks ago and they still haven't came to deliver the gas. We can't run the heater because we only have 5% in our tank and we are using the propane to cook our food. My children are cold and we are using wall heaters to keep us warm no thanks to Ferrellgas. You guys are lazy it's been nothing but Sun these past days and all are backed up on delivery of the lack of work ethics. It's crazy how much we pay for gas and not have it deliver when they say it's suppose to be delivered.

Poor service. We have called them for 3 weeks now trying to get a refill and currently still waiting. We are at 3% and likely to run out before they get around to fulfilling our request. We are most definitely switching companies.

During huge winter snowstorm, I ordered necessary propane to keep my wife and two young children warm. We’ve gone from 30% on the tank all the way down below 5% and still do not have a delivery date over two weeks later after we were promised that it would be delivered within one week of the order. I’ve called over five times to their helpline and have not gotten answers despite much persistence. I would recommend at all costs to stay away from this company as it has truly caused angst along with harm to my family and we will be looking for a new gas company as soon as possible

Bad place the door said they where open until 5 they turn us away and said they where closed at 3. 45min drive from my house wasted time and gas we can't get back never again.

Contacted them to start residential service and was told they needed to do a credit inquiry to start an account; otherwise I would have to pay in advance. I asked if it was a hard inquiry and the lady said she wasn't sure. So I said, "Okay find out and call me back." So as soon as I mentioned that, she offers to put me on hold.... she calls back after I had to take a call from another contractor. She states it would be a hard inquiry. ????Never once have I had a utility company run a hard inquiry on my credit. I maintain an 800+ score, and I take pride in that enough to not let a single appliance (just a stove) home service mess it up for up to 2 years. And with the previous complaints on here regarding waiting weeks for delivery, I certainly wouldn't consider advance payment. No thanks! Certainly glad I know to ask the right questions... taking my business elsewhere.

last time took weeks to get my fuel. they refuse to give a time or day to deliver and seemed like they expect me to just sit at home til they decide to come. refused calling ahead. hope better next time

I was disappointed with my last propane purchase. These are not normal times, with rampart inflation, shortages, and conflicts causing hardships for consumers. I called to order 150 gal of propane and was informed that the minimum purchase was 200 gallons! My tank would be overfilled and my budget busted with that requirement. Ferrellgas was not impressed that the inflated cost of 200 gallons may make me choose between heat, utilities, food, etc. A customer should be able to order a minimum of 100 or 150 gal during these uncertain and inflated times. A corporate policy such as Ferrellgas imposed puts the firm in a lower tier of respected companies.

I've rented my propane tank from Ferrellgas for years and this is the first time a service agent came out to paint the tank. I was very surprised and pleased. He did a great job.

The worse company to ever try to use for gas. They never show up when they say and I've had to see my family go without gas and heat for almost 3 weeks. They were extra charged when the guy showed up with gas. Then left a receipt on the outside tank after showing up 3 weeks after they were suppose to and didn't even leave any paperwork in their hand. Unprofessional to say the least. Switching companies asap.
