I never usually have any issues getting my brows done at Glamour, but at my most recent visit I think that was my last trip. I come from Conway at least once a month as long as I have time to get my brows done and usually I have no issues. The taller woman always does a great job when I come, but the shorter lady just messed up the entire experience for me. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded since I was 16. I am currently 23 years old and the crazy part is when I went it was on my birthday! ( Oct 15th) The lady was so rough not only with turning my face, but I recently injured my finger so she was trying to get me to hold my brow up a specific way. (that’s fine, but it’s the way you do it. I also told her about my finger, but she continued). She started flipping and turning my finger every which way instead of just asking or showing me where she needed my finger. At one point it got so bad I had to tell her to stop for a second because the pain wasn’t even coming from the thread. Just her flipping and turning my finger. She was also rough with moving my hair out of the way (also had just got done) & I understand these issues may interrupt your work, but I asked multiple times if we should just stop where we’re at and I come back. I was told it wasn’t an issue, but she kept being excessively rough. ANOTHER thing .. before we even started I told her I didn’t want my brows too thin. Just a clean up & I wanted to keep them thick. Even checked the 1st brow, but somehow someway when she finished the 2nd brow they were uneven especially on the ends of my brows. One brow thick the other brow super thin, ridiculous . I was able to fix them myself because I know what I am doing, but that isn’t the point. A lot of women prefer getting them done, but if you all have people in your establishment that try when necessary or when they want to that’s an inconvenience to the customer. Deeply disappointed with the experience because they were closer to me especially with me being in Conway, but I’ll have to go back to doing them on my own or finding somewhere else. I was contemplating making this post as you can see because I visited on the 15th and it is now the 17th, but the more I look at my brows I get irritated. Also, having to FIX my hair when I had just did it was irritating as well.

While working on my brows, the lady was on the phone and ended up over-threading one of my eyebrows. I won’t be going back.

Requested style: I always just ask for my brows waxed. Always a great shape. Always fast, nice and always satisfied with the outcome.

Worst eyelash experience ever. Costumer service was nonexistent and the lady that did my lashes was very rude. My lashes came off the day after I got them. When I called to explain that the lady had an attitude. I do not suggest going here.

Sheena is not a nice person she over change me and was talking about me didn't know I new what she was saying there nicer when she not there but I will never go back and she needs too work on her self if she wants too win in life its a big hell know for me

She didn’t pay attention cut off half both of my lower eyelashes because she got them stuck…she tried to do other people while doing my set appointment. She was late for my appointment. She was rude. She got some off the eyelashes glued sticking into my eye
