I have not been to the store in person but I have ordered on their website and over the phone a few times and they are always so helpful and responsive and shipped quickly when I needed something shipped overnight.

Quality beads and they had a table with loose beads where you can find some hidden treasures - but you'll get stuck there for hours if you aren’t careful haha.

I got there early before the store even opened but called them anyway to let them know I had a pick up order ready. Khaleb was friendly, polite, and eager to assist. I told him I would call back at 10 when the store opened and he said it was not necessary and he would go on and bring it out to me. He had a smile on his face and made my day! Great prices and games, some dope niche products as well, and very sizable and accommodating game room where you can go to tournaments, do some table top gaming with friends, or even just ride solo with one of the many board games they have in their library.
