Kroger is a well-stocked and clean store offering fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmaceutical needs. The shopping carts are new, clean, and easy to use. Customers report that the cashiers are great, and the store itself provides a generally good shopping experience. It is worth downloading the Kroger app for digital coupon deals to save money. However, management has been lacking. Employees are often seen on their phones, including at self-checkout and in the parking lot, and are not considered very considerate or helpful. Management personnel walking around sometimes ignore customers, making it difficult to get assistance. At night, operations can be chaotic with very long lines, often with only one employee running self-checkout. An issue with cart wheels locking up outside has also been noted. While employees are not rude, the service is not like it used to be. The parking lot is large and there is a nearby gas station.
I prefer their pharmacy over Walmart and Walgreens. I don't shop here because I end up paying more than WM.

I'm getting over charged almost every time I shop. There's never anyone at Customer Service. Ive complained about the issue but Kroger doesn’t care, they don't reply, they ignore my BBB COMPLAINT. They never reply to my BBB Complaint.
