Great selection of hats, the person working there when I went was also friendly and helpful.I was able to find a great Vancouver Grizzlies throwback as well as a Kansas City Monarchs Negro League hat and they were decently priced. I only wish they had more of a selection of Memphis Grizzlies stuff as well as some UAPB hats but I feel that’s more on their corporate and not the individual store so I’m not going to hold it against them.

Came in and wanted 3 hats made. Emailed them the logo I wanted and she said it would take 4 to 5 days to digitize the logo to be able to put it on the hats. After a week I called to check on it and she said she didn't know how to make it smaller to fit the hat but she would get someone the following week to do it. I called the next week and the guy didn't know anything about it. He checked on it and called me back and said he was able to do 2 of the 3 hats I purchased but the 3rd one was a name brand hat that they legally couldn't do. I drove down there and swapped the hat for a different one and asked if I could wait around for him to make the hat and he told me there was people ahead of me so it would be tomorrow. I called at the end of the next day and the girl told me that there machine was acting up and she wasn't able to do it today. Finally a few minute later a guy messaged me and said the hat was done. All a big hassle and ended up driving 30 plus miles 3 different times in a couple week period before I got them all done .

The website says that it is open until 9. Facebook says that it is open until 9. I drove 2 hours and got there at 8:15pm. They were the only store in the entire mall that was closed.

This is my ONLY hat spot. I get most of them custom since they have the stitching machine. I recommend the $5 yearly membership. It's saves you money big time. Especially if you're a hat collector. You'll actually get that back on your first purchase.

Came into the store and wasnt even greeted. The cashier and yes I call him a cashier because he isnt anywhere close to being a salesman, was too busy flirting with the woman to even say hello. That store is ran by nothing but incompetent people. Try hiring someone different.

Only gave two stars because I came here in the middle of the day at around 3 to find the store closed. No sign up or anything. Came to the mall just to shop at Lids and left disappointed.

So, we ordered some hats online and had them shipped to the store. I had actually called the store the last week about when I should be expecting our package. They didn't know. Said they had one package back there but it wasn't mine. I called the main number on their website, sat on hold of 20 min or longer. They said the store should be receiving it soon but couldn't give me an exact date. So, I thought I would just wait until they called. Finally today Brittany calls. I didn't get to the phone in time so, she left a message. She said they had tried to get in touch with us on Jan 21, 2016 and left a message then. I called her right back and let her know we would pick it up before the end of the day. She was pretty snarky about the whole thing. I told her I didn't get a message nor was there a record of her calling. She said, Well I know I made the call. I told her fine, we will be picking them up today. And promptly got off the phone. The only real problem was her attitude about the whole thing. As soon as we knew the hats were there, we would have been there to pick them up that day. If this is the type of customer service they give, I'm not sure I'll be shopping this Lids ever again.
