“Military assigned this company for our recent PCS move and it was CONUS to OCONUS move.
We heard a lot of horror stories about moving companies that military assigns for their troops so I was nervous. However, not this company! They treated our stuff with respect. Wrapped and packed everything nicely. Wrote everything accurately whats in the box and it matched on inventory sheet. They record serial number on each electronic items on inventory sheet (PC, Gaming system etc). We had a motorcycle to ship but they didnt have tools to build a carate so took it with them and we were told that they would build a custom crate just for the bike at the warehouse.
The crew was polite, friendly and listened when I voiced my concerns. They gave us rough estimate of weights and sealed each crate with metal plate.

“I highly recommend using U-Pack/ABF as after my research and experience it is the easiest to use and cheapest option available.

My family and i relocated from Arkansas to Hawaii this year and we got quotes from all sorts of moving services, move brokers, Pods etc. Everything from self pack to delivery and so on was anywhere from $7000-13,000 for <300 cubic foot containers which are the smallest usual ones available.

We stumbled upon U-Pack at the last minute and they even had the self pack option at a ABF facility about an hour away from us that saved us over $1000 and that left us paying about $4700 i believe for the whole thing. Price was perfect for our needs and we didn't even fill the whole container and everyone on the sending and receiving end were very kind and considerate.

Upon us receiving the container, and i cannot confirm if it was from transit or it sitting for a day or so at the lot in Hawaii, but i did see some mildew/moisture signs in the front of the container where the door seal may have been less than sealed. While it would have been nice to have it perfectly buttoned up, everything we had inside was undamaged or were back to best working order with a quick wipe down.

All in all i do indeed recommend U-Pack/ABF and would use them again. If we ever move back to the Mainland or anywhere else id definitely hit them up first.”

“We were passing thought town and noticed our brake light was not connected on our Pemske truck. This was the closest location to where we were. Extremely nice man and woman run this little location out of their home. They were able to locate the closest location that was able to replace the cord for is, as they only rented units and did not have parts cement above and beyond. Called the facility, gave us directions and wrote down the address. Wonderful customer service!”

This was simple and eased the move because after the consultation they suggested we do it in two parts over 2 days vs 1 day.
