Let me start by saying I absolutely love the store and the employees. However, I took my dog to get groomed by Jonathan and it was a disaster. I booked my chow chow/Shepard mix who had beautiful long hair for a haircut. I went to pick him up and he was shaved, and not well. At first I thought he was matted and they had to shave him, but that was not the case. There was another groomer in there who understood exactly why I was upset. Jonathan acted as if it was my fault, and at first I thought it was. He told me I booked a haircut and that meant I wanted my dog shaved. But obviously that is not true. A haircut does not mean I want my dog shaved. He also didn’t touch his sanitary area and left dead hair on his bottom. I would NOT recommend Jonathan for any dog grooming.

I take my dogs here to be groomed bc I've been able to schedule same day appointments every time that I've gone, they are less expensive than other the vet/groomers that I've used previously, and my dogs aren't too difficult for them to handle. For years two of my dogs have required sedation to get even basic grooming services, and a lot of times even with a sedative the groomer/vet still couldn't clip my pit bull's nails. Some how, the groomers at petsense always complete all grooming services and without a sedative or muzzle!

The staff is very helpful and friendly but this company is not website savy. Everything says unavailable on the site, yet no one fixes it. With this being said, gotta shop elsewhere like Chewys. I dont want to waste a trip not knowing if they have what I need. And I should not have to call. Its the 21st century. Sad because its a nice small store. Hire a website designer that knows about tracking inventory.

My boy has been groomed here twice (today being the second time), and both times everyone was super friendly and helpful! I'm not quite sure who groomed him the first visit, but today we had Jonathan & he was great! I will absolutely continue to bring him here for grooming! Every time he is groomed, he gets a toy after and everyone on the store side is just as nice! Highly recommend!

I’ve been buying ORIJEN Original Cat, Grain Free Dry Cat Food from PetSense for little over a year. Unfortunately they never seem to restock the shelves after something is sold out. Its been a little over three months and still out of stock. This is why I’ll just shop online from here on. Because it’s not my job as a consumer to remind you to replenish your inventory, nor do I want to waste the gas just to find out you’re still out if stock of an item you clearly sell.

I bought a beardie from here and still have him almost 3 years now and we love going to the beardie meet and greets and of course we love everyone that's works there we r in there a lot. Just little sad when we don't see the pictures from the meet and greets

Took my puppy to them for a shampoo and cut. Paige did him the first time and I loved it but she’s no longer there. They told me they had a new guy starting today and he’d been a groomer for 7 years. Upon my arrival he was working on a standard size poodle. I noticed his ears weren’t even but I just figured he wasn’t finished. My gut said run but I didn’t listen. I showed him a picture and he assured me that he could do it. Well this is the finished product 3 hours later.
I told the guy at the register that I didn’t like it. He apologized but still put the ticket in for a total of $71. After I told him it was choppy he charged me $41 (still to much for this catastrophe of a hair cut)
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for grooming. You’ve been warned!
