Stephanie Steward, Sam's employee in customer service at the North Little Rock, AR - Landers Rd. location, was very nice to my elderly mom and she fixed an issue from a previous employee did right away, and was very kind to my mom. I really appreciate her effectiveness and kindness.

I would rate the shopping a 5 but when it comes to the cafe I would rate it a 1 as they are always out of food and only ever have hot dogs left. I asked if they had a specific ice cream on the menu and they didn't even have it. Disappointing.

I love Sams club, but their member service rep Terricka (pretty sure I spelled it wrong) has an attitude and absolutely no manners. She was to busy rubbing her man's hand, who was also working up there with her. She spoke maybe 5 words to me, I was polite said please, thank you, sorry about this (we had an item ring up twice and the clerk at the door caught the issue for us and sent us to member services) she sure didn't have an issue talking to her man, about how she wants to leave and her ears are to muffled for all this ish. Granted, maybe she's sick.. but it's still not an excuse to act like your job is an inconvenience.

I Had a flat tire because of the horrible Arkansas roads and Went to Sams on Landers Avenue in North Little Rock to get the tire replaced. Matthew and Kirk were totally professional and in less than an hour I was on the road again. I highly recommend this Sams tire center.

Stopped here for gas since it was right off the highway. Not sure what was going on with their pumps... the gas trickled out of the nozzle. We literally pumped gas for like 20 minutes and didn't even get 1/2 a tank. It was taking so long we decided to leave. I wanted to ask the other people if their pumps were going slow too but no one was pumping gas yet... so it wasn't like it was slow bc so many people were using it at the same time.

Went to get a tire for my wife's Beatle, despite giving them the tire size they pulled the wrong tire. When they realized their mistake they said they didn't gave the right size. So I asked for a refund saying I'd look somewhere else. They told me the guy who could give me a refund had just gone on lunch and wouldn't be back for a half hour or so. So I decided to wait and my wife and I browsed the store. While browsing my wife saw some jewelry that she liked. No one was working the jewelry counter so we walked over to customer service to see if someone could be called over. The woman working customer service was on the phone so we just hung around about 6-10 feet from the counter. She barked at us that if we needed help we needed to get in line, which was about two feet from where we were and we were the only ones waiting. Needless to say we left. I went back a week later to see about getting my $70 back for the tire that I never got but once again, no one was there that could give me a refund. The store is great and has lots to offer. But the people working here have caused me to never want to set foot in the place again. Will not be back, wouldn't recommend, I'd be thrilled to see it closed down.

Been a long time Sams Club member. Have always bought my tires for all my vehicles and my parents cars from there. Service has been good, better than the Sams in Little Rock. 4 years ago I went in to have tire pressure sensors replaced. They had none so I bought some from local NAPA and brought them in for them to replace. It wasn't a problem after I brought them in. I had lifetime balance, I also have the tool to program the sensors (bought it off Amazon), so I only had to pay the $5 installation fee. Today I went in to have them replaced (one sensor was getting weak) and the new manager of the tire and battery Dept. ((Matt) refused citing Sams policy. I explained that they were replaced by them before. As I was speaking he would try to talk over me and finally said "I am not going to fight you about this". I at no time raised my voice or was combative. As I left I asked to speak with the store manager. A nice lady in a neon yellow vest came and asked if she could help. I explained the situation and she left to bring my another person. He was tall, thin, African American. He had Matt from Tire and Battery in tow. I asked him if he was the Store Manager. He replied that he was (I couldn't understand his name when he told me, and I doubted he was management because he did not have a name tag and wasn't dressed as I thought a manager should be. I pointed out the picture on the wall didn't look like him. He then stammered and said he was the Asst. manager. I tried to explain from the beginning of when I had the sensors replaced before, but Matt continued to interrupt and try to speak over me. It wasn't long and I could see I was wasting my time. They would not help me with an already established practice of changing the sensors which is clearly listed on their board, without mention even selling TPMS sensors, to which they never have. I will have to review and consider my future business with this location and Sams Club as a whole.
