Stephanie Steward, Sam's employee in customer service at the North Little Rock, AR - Landers Rd. location, was very nice to my elderly mom and she fixed an issue from a previous employee did right away, and was very kind to my mom. I really appreciate her effectiveness and kindness.

I would rate the shopping a 5 but when it comes to the cafe I would rate it a 1 as they are always out of food and only ever have hot dogs left. I asked if they had a specific ice cream on the menu and they didn't even have it. Disappointing.

My boyfriend tried to purchase a bottle of wine, but we were denied purchase. He was the one purchasing the alcohol, so he provided his ID. However, they asked me for my ID even though I wasn’t the one buying the alcohol. Since I did not have my ID, only a photo of it, we were denied purchase. I am 22, but since I did not have my ID on me, the associate was very rude and said that my boyfriend could not purchase the alcohol. He stated that they “have to” card the entire party if you look between the ages of 18 to 21. If I had just waited in the car, we would not have had this problem. I am just upset because you can go inside any liquor store and they wouldn’t have asked for MY ID, only my boyfriend’s. I must add that I did not touch the alcohol or push the cart that had alcohol in it.

I love this store. I have been to a few others but I always come back to this store. I have always been treated nicely by the employees. It's always clean and well stocked. I never have any problem if I need to return an item. Usually clothing!

I love Sams club, but their member service rep Terricka (pretty sure I spelled it wrong) has an attitude and absolutely no manners. She was to busy rubbing her man's hand, who was also working up there with her. She spoke maybe 5 words to me, I was polite said please, thank you, sorry about this (we had an item ring up twice and the clerk at the door caught the issue for us and sent us to member services) she sure didn't have an issue talking to her man, about how she wants to leave and her ears are to muffled for all this ish. Granted, maybe she's sick.. but it's still not an excuse to act like your job is an inconvenience.

The cafe charged me $50 over the amount of my items. No receipt was offered. I've called over 12 times to talk to the store and no one will answer. Both the cafe and the customer care are unreachable via phone.

Don’t drink the out of soda machine! It was cleaned with bleach & my whole drink tasted like bleach! I’m also very pregnant & lucky I realized it! Nobody answers the phone there so you can’t notify anyone!

I Had a flat tire because of the horrible Arkansas roads and Went to Sams on Landers Avenue in North Little Rock to get the tire replaced. Matthew and Kirk were totally professional and in less than an hour I was on the road again. I highly recommend this Sams tire center.

There was one employee in the store that was most helpful. But when we got to the Exit three employees were standing there talking and wouldn’t check us out. We started walking out and they started hollering...kept talking, we started walking again, they started hollering. We told them to shut up and do their job and all would be good. Needless to say the lazy chick certainly took her time! That store is definitely off my list. Customer Service upon leaving is a BUST!!!!
