“I have visited McCain Mall multiple times over the last 20 years and have always enjoyed it. McCain Mall is a two-story mall located near I-57. It is one of two indoor shopping malls in the Little Rock area (the other is Park Plaza). McCain Mall presently has 72 stores including three anchor stores Dillards, JC Penney and Old Navy according to its website.”
