They came and picked up my car and when I got it back none of the sensors on the front work and the cruise control won’t even come on this is really ridiculous the way they treat someone’s property and then when you call you have to leave a message. What does everyone leave at the same time.

Impossible to get an appointment to pick up one car, only one day a week and only between 9:30am to 11am, seems they prefer to stay whit the cars on the lot and charge extra money for storege, it's easy to make money like this.

My car was towed and they were rude, did not answer the phone, and while towing they messed up my car. The guy that towed my car left my car key in his truck and I made an appointment to get my car and drove an hour there and they told me my key wasn't there. Ridiculous. Would not recommend. They stole my tags 2 Amp and speaker out of my truck. And when I went back to get my truck tags was gone got pulled over thing I had tags but didn't so now got to pay ticket I hope they are honest when I go to get my stuff back

I hated the process but the folks Amanda and Glenda and staff were very nice. Their voice-mail is kinda difficult but hang in there and if you can go up there in person, do that. Lol. They were both honest and caring, very helpful individuals. Hope they know how appreciative I am of their kindness in our time of stress.
