“The owner for one is an outstanding individual. He knew that I was on the downs money wise. HE had his guys put a tire on my truck at no cost.
I told him I would be back to buy a set of tires and that's what I did. I won't go to any other shop. I went to Sebastian tires with a low tire and tried to pay to get some air. The guy says we don't have air...If you own a small business it only makes sense to build a personal repertoire with your customers for future business.”

“Other tire shops tried to steer me away from the Gladiator X Comp tires that I wanted, saying they would be so loud and beat me up on the highway that I would hate them. I had them installed at Southern Tire Mart (for an excellent price) and I LOVE the tires. They are quiet and smooth. These tires do not get enough credit in the industry.
Also, the building and waiting room were very nice.”

“Everybody I delt with in receiving was so kind and friendly. Sadly they have no available docks until one of their guys leaves in the morning so it took an hour to dock for my 8am appointment. They dis start working on me immediately tho.”
“I was changing the rear brakes on a 1996 Toyota Starlet right hand drive got one side in and the other side the Piston seized up. Needed a new brake caliper, contact people in the UK and Japan and no one had rear brake caliper replacements. I found a rebuild kit and call a lot of mechanic shops by Russellville and some in Little Rock. No one could rebuild it until I contacted Joe’s Garage. I just want to say thank you to Joe’s garage team and their friendly staff! My son was so happy to get his car back and driving! I would highly recommend them for any service!!!”

“We had all four brand-new tires installed at Sam’s Club in Irving, TX right before starting our road trip. About five hours into the drive, we unfortunately ended up with a pretty bad flat tire.
We brought the car to this location and were so grateful for how quickly and professionally they helped us. Without any hesitation, Jason took a look and found that the gasket had a damage causing the leak. He replaced it right away and had us back on the road in about 30 minutes. He also mentioned that he had checked the air pressure in all of our tires to make sure everything was good and safe for the rest of our trip. We truly appreciated the extra care and attention. 100% recommended from us!”

“I am a new customer here now . I ran over a nail and needed my tire repaired. This was the only place willing to help me. Other places felt fixing my tire was not worth it.
This shop went above and beyond making sure my tire was fixed and I had no other obvious issues. I now have fresh filters and windshield wipers. Yes, i actually needed them. The prices were very reasonable.
I must say, this place has highly professional, trustworthy mechanics and employees. I will 100% be back.”

“This shop is the best in town. I worked at Goodyear for years and I was always patching tires! So I call tell when someone doesn't know much.Everyone wants to plug your tire but that's not a good thing. I recognized how well he patches tires when I tried him because he was my customer. He still patches most tires for only $15.00. He also has that whole building stacked to the ceiling with good used tires.And he is a real nice guy too.”

“Theyre a bit busy but its understandable due to the quality of service so plan your visits accordingly with your schedules! Dana is absolutely wonderful! She gave me a pressure gage since Ive had trouble at pumps reading correctly, showed me how to use it and recommended an automatic pump to keep on hand to avoid spotty has station pumps in the future! Also definitely recommend their $10 care package, so worth it!!”
