Claims propane services are 7/wk and all major holidays, but doesn't have a person with clearance to fill bottles on Saturday morning...on Memorial Day Weekend.

I rented a trailer and had a flat within 1 hour of pick up. Luckily I had a compressor and put enough air in to get it back to the location. However I must say I pulled up and the tire was changed and I was on the road within 15 min. Great service e and staff!

Was charged an after hours fee when it was not in my original price quote. They knew i would be dropping the rental back after hours and there was no extra charge for that. However, after I returned the truck they charged me an extra $20. Their excuse is, its in the contract. The problem is, they give you the contract After you have signed and paid for everything. Also if they knew My 24 hrs would be up after hours, why wouldn’t they include the “$20 after hours fee” in the price quote along with everything else?They will have you sign for one price but switch it at the end and say “you should have read the contract”Also the Africa American women on Cypress street in North Little Rock is horrible. She yelled and hung the phone up on me very unprofessional and “Ghetto”Buyer beware:Download a copy of the contract BEFORE you rent from them or they will charge you extra stuff and say “you should have read the contract” ( the contract they don’t give you until after you pay)

Michael Walker and his wife (Sorry I forgot her name. Think it may be Jan.) were absolutely wonderful. Went to different uhaul place first and they had wrong trailer reserved. It was a mess and I had a deadline to be somewhere. Within an hour they had me completely fixed up and on the road. I needed a motorcycle trailer. When we got it hooked up, I had a blown fuse. Michael had that fixed in less than 10 minutes. He went above and beyond. His wife did too. There was some confusion with the place I was gonna drop trailer and I couldn't get them to answer phone. She called ahead for me and did her best to clear confusion. These are the right kind of people to do business with. ?

The absolute worst customer service I have ever recieved at a uhaul. They charged me way more than agreed on plus I filled it up before I took it back and they still charged me for fuel even though i filled it up. I even brought it back 2 hours early (it was a 4 hour rental) Do not do business with this company.

I rented a uhaul the other day and the gentlemen had it clean and ready for me at 7am. I recommend them. They are very friendly and professional. I also went to another location (mcaruthur)and had no help so I went back to this location on cypress and though they didn’t have the truck size I needed today they reserved me one at a different location and helped me with all my concerns and needs. Thank you for you help.
