“I had purchased two new tires in knoxville, TN (also fantastic) and got a puncture two days later outside Little Rock as I was driving to NM for a family funeral. I had come in just to have them check and make sure the patch I had put on was safe to drive on, but Jonathan replaced the tire instead with no hesitation. They were busy, but had me in and out within an hour. They even let me stay in the car because — to make matters more complicated — I had my two dogs along for the trip with me and I was concerned they’d be scared in the bay by themselves. Phenomenal service and can’t tell you how much I appreciate it!! highly recommend.”
“Great experience today. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Great pricing. They actually fixed my flat instead of telling me to biy a new tire. Also had new steers put on and 3 axle alignment. Highly recommend this place.”
“Other tire shops tried to steer me away from the Gladiator X Comp tires that I wanted, saying they would be so loud and beat me up on the highway that I would hate them. I had them installed at Southern Tire Mart (for an excellent price) and I LOVE the tires. They are quiet and smooth. These tires do not get enough credit in the industry.
Also, the building and waiting room were very nice.”
“Everybody I delt with in receiving was so kind and friendly. Sadly they have no available docks until one of their guys leaves in the morning so it took an hour to dock for my 8am appointment. They dis start working on me immediately tho.”
“Took my Volvo here couple weeks ago. Everybody was professional, and customer service was top notch. They did a great job and got me fixed rather quickly. Shout out to Tyrus for making the experience pleasant. He is very knowledgeable professional and more than likely if anything was ever happen again in this area we will go there. I highly recommend them if you have a Volvo or a Mac.”
“Was with my friend getting wheels and tires. Experience was awesome! If you need wheels and tires and don’t have a lot of upfront cash give them a shot. Go by and see Ms. Francis she will hook you up!”

“David and his team always do a great job whenever they have worked on my vehicles. If I take it to them, i know it is going to be done right and I won’t end up having to take it back to them several times to get it right.”
