My mother was told her missing package was verified delivered by a satellite picture, which she was not allowed to see. This is an alarming lie your front desk staff is telling people. I can only assume you are running a package theft ring in rural Arkansas. I will be following up on this in person.

Package ordered in plenty of time to have it before Christmas. Actually said I should receive it the Monday before. Didn't show Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Check the status and it says delivered. Call and they say they'll have to check with the driver. Did not receive the package by Christmas. Very unhappy about this. How hard is it to look at a number and deliver it to the correct house?
