Lots of stuff to look at and purchase! Enjoyed it until ready to check out. Older lady is very friendly but lady with the ponytail and long hair is very rude. After she had put some of my things in a basket I had purchased, I asked if I could slide it all in a bag. I didn’t need it individually wrapped or anything and I was going to slide it in the bag myself. She said “well if I had known that I would have done it way different. Most people who come in here don’t care”. I told her I didn’t mean to be a problem. She started taking everything back out of my wicker basket and putting it individually in the bags. I told her it wasn’t necessary that I just wanted to slide the whole thing in the bag and she started basically sliding my glass jars across the counter as she was taking the stickers off and they were bumping into each other. When she handed me the receipt I told her thank you and she never looked up. Then I told her to have a nice day and again - nothing. It just put a damper on our whole shopping experience.

Oppelo Flea Market is awesome. LARGE building full of STUFF. Lots of customers. Custom knives, tools, electronics, and a whole lot of other new & used stuff. I didn't even have the energy to go upstairs to the 2nd floor. Will go back someday.

Lots of vendor booths. Some interesting things and, yes, a fair amount of yard sale left overs. Great and friendly people, though.

0/5! (Had to give at least 1 star to post this review)Very displeased with the customer service. Upon entering @4:30 we were told closing time was five, that we had 15 min to do what we were there to do. Five minutes into looking around this lady tells us to head to the front for check out. I proceeded to tell her we were told closing is at 5. She then stated that employees don't get paid past 5 and that construction workers were in the back working. Blocked us from going any further back into the building. This is all more than 20 minutes before close time. Very discouraged to shop here ever again. I was only in town visiting family for the evening. Have I known the employees were hateful and rude I wouldn't have ended my evening booth browsing/shopping. Her attitude with the tone she had could have been altered before coming up to us.
