Absolutely terrible. I'm a die-hard AutoZone customer and former employee. I refuse to go back to the Osceola store. They have sold me the wrong parts on several occasions. They've even ordered parts for me and then turned around and sent them back before I could come and pick them up. They've ordered the wrong parts. They never know what they have in stock. And asking them anything other than what color the sky is, is useless. One employee was screaming about finding packages from stolen items while the store was full of customers. Unprofessional, no clue what's going on and disheveled and unbathed looking employees. The only male I've seen working there specifically. I will walk across the street to O'Reilly's and pay more before going in there again

The Osceola store is so cold inside. I couldn't even wait for a purchase. The employees are sick and spreading germs onto the customers. This isn't good business

They guys their made my experience at that auto zone a comical one at that the guys their had a great attitude and made it a memorable one at thatWe did get the correct parts also that don't happen often from a auto zone branch but this one did good job guys

Very lethargic personnel from my first visit here at the Osceola, AR. store. No enthusiasm at all. I didn't like the way they were watching me like I was going to steal something from them. I don't like the fact I have to PAY first if they don't have something in stock whether over the phone order or in store and then I have to come back and pick it up, I've NEVER experienced this at ANY other AutoZone store. ALL the other AutoZones I've ever dealt with have ordered the part for me then had me come in and pay when I came to get the part! I'll give O'Reilly's my business in town or just order my stuff online, at least if I have to pay first it gets delivered to my door!
